Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personal or customized items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
